Some parts of this communication give some hope, but at the same time they went master in BS marketing so when i see :
Community, " we hate the specialists, this isn't BF"

Kinda put their post back in perspective, did they really understood the feedback as they claim they had ^^. Seems more like forcing their thing down our throat to try to sell some specialist skins later.
@PsubondDelay the whole game a year, good. Delay the season pass 6 months bad?
Whilst I am not pleased with this news as well, it seems that they are doing what the 'community' wants and concentrating on 'fixing the game' before further release.
How many threads/posts have there been saying "the game should have been delayed"?
How much they actually 'fix' remains to be seen.

This game is dead as long as they keep the specialists. You don't need a team "analyzing the specialists". You need classes and class specific special gear like the grapple and flight suit for assault and shield and turret for support. Move the specialists to premium skins ala BFV and then you just start pumping out good maps.
Anything else is a waste of time.
I was looking forward to new content in March but now I am starting to get discouraged. So no patch mid-February? Did they move it to March?
- @Trokey66 the problem is this game is currently beign handled like a early access steam game by a small indie dev working in his spare time....
this is arguebly one of the biggest publisher and a studio with over 700 employees in DICE alone. not even emntioning Ripple-Effect, Criterion, EA Gothenburg....
On top of all that this statement is literally a hash-back of the promises DICE made after Chapter 4 in BFV... i couldn't care less for the season delay heck i would've waited another year if needed but now the house is on fire and they literally sat there for the better part of 2 months now doing next to nothing but blame people telling them its on fire... Wow, seriously?
I mean don't get me wrong here, I appreciate at least some sort of communication and all but not a word about persistent servers or a proper server browser?
That's seems like a pretty big issue that a significant chunk of the community has been clamoring for to not even acknowledge or comment on.
The term F.U.B.A.R is infact an understatement here, My God! What do they thinking, that ppl looking forward to this revival, start to play again in half year from now? i guess playercount will dwindle even more and play other stuff. WHY, Why should we still believe what EA/Dice communicate anymore?
