It's effective as a distraction. It's an assistant. It shouldn't be doing the work for you.
If the enemy engages with it then they're giving away their position. They are distracted. There's value in that.
its a specialist weapon, it should be more useful. Look at Liz for example, her TV missile is useful

boris is an engineer. his gadget should be useful against vehicles. same goes for crawford. right now neither has a specialist gadget that is useful against vehicles
- @Prof3ss0r_M1k3 Good point. I think his turret could be changed to a 50MM cannon, AA rocket, or AT rocket. Or maybe give the Boris players a choice between AA and AT. That would be useful and really fun to use.
