How stupid can these developers be ? 128 Breakthrough is literally the only reason myself and 10~ish friend group play.....
They literally billed this game on 64 vs. 64......then they're going to take away 128 Breakthrough 8 months after release?
It is official. They are intentionally trying to kill this game off to keep server costs as cheap as possible.
I had already planned to never give EA/DICE another penny of my money. This brainless move to remove 128 Breakthrough only further solidifies my decision.

Hello to DICE team. I think you see the community opinion about this new update and especially about removing breakthrough 128 mode.
We were very happy after 4.0 update, it was really decent. But 4.1 hurts us a lot.
Everyone got used to 128 players in breakthrough, there were no problems in playing tactical, if you know how to do it. 64 players in breakthrough feels very empty now and not only because maps are big for this amount of players. 128 players was one of the only few big advantages comparing to old bf games. I returned to bfv after 2042, and it's battlefield felt very small compared to 2042's one. That was the only reason I was playing 2042 till this moment. I think the best you can do at the moment is bring back 128 breakthrough with hotfix update, i consider no one will be against this desicion.
I have 600 hours in this game, I have tier 1 skins for all weapons and most of specialists, and I want this game to be better and i know, that you can do this
agreed, i only played 128 breakthru for most of the time this game has been out. and they removed it. FFS.
until they fix the maps breakthru 128 is the only fun regular game mode.Video games are in a horrible place right now. What about the people that purchased the PS5/XBSX versions of the game for 128 player All Out War and cross-play? I guess the next step will be to remove cross-play between PS5, XBSX, and PC because so many people are on these boards whining for them to do so. People that do not like the game and will not return to it no matter what changes are made. I can't wait to see all of the wasted time and effort the devs have put into shoehorning the old class system back into this game while we still have zero platoon support or ranked area for team players which is one of the main reasons why Hazard Zones is a dead zone.
I have just played a game on Breakaway, it lasted 1 hour... I think thats too much
