At the very least there should be some kind of group with Platoon/Community leaders that can speak directly to DICE to tease out ideas and programs.

Most definitely.  I've been saying the same.  We can identify and give a onoletely different view than any solo streamers ect.  I would say I'm shocked this isn't a thing. But if the intention has been to phase them out, well I guess not.
