You hit the nail right on the head. Platoons are our homes and it feels disjointed without them. The reason I play Battlefield more than just a casual one off game is the community a platoon gives me keeps me engaged. My gaming community is like family to me and not being able to show off whom I belong to is like an arrow through the heart
Not only that but AOW and HZ only allow 4 players. It feels like communities only have access to 1/3 of the available game modes as portal is the only area you can access more than 4 friends with.
And we can't even wear our tags in portal, the one place designed for us. We said.
