Campaign Mode - Will we see one? And, will there be a Dedicated PvE Mode?

To answer question #2: No, there will be no scripting/modding of any kind allowed.

  It would really benefit the Franchise (with the absence of a Campaign) to have Tactical Scenarios that Players could make and share with the Community.
