Can't Use 2042 Weapons With Battlefield 3 classes, Did I Over-look Something?

The Portal mode is out for players to mess around, but I noticed that the team pages is very limited or I missed something. I'm trying to use the new weapons on BF3 classes.

@labtud  I hope so, because it would be super boring for BF3 classes to not be able to use the new weapons or other era assets.

Good news is I found and disabled these very VERY VERY bad weapons that should have never been in the game.

@Popa2caps This is exactly what I thought. My expectation this entire time was that we would be able to mix weapons and vehicles with the factions. 2042 faction with WW2 nd 2042 weapons versus BC2 Faction with BC2 and BF3 weapons and vehicles. Would be extremely disappointing if they handcuffed this mode by tying vehicles and weapons to their faction era.
