CAV-Brawler need buffs and more equipment customizations

Give 2 equipment options for passenger seats give them HMG/Miniguns/Grenade launchers whilst still exposed to the environment. Make CAV-Brawler more resistant to explosives. Give it more weapons for ...

    @ForumUser No, don't worry, it doesn't fly so nothing will be done, and won't get buffed else chopper boys start moaning it isn't fair
