Console ' command change shortcut

Hello, would it be possible to change the shortcut to access the command line console? The ' key is too close to the TAB key and it's awful. 
By default, it's ', but instead of ' (apostrophus), it could be ´ (acute accent), or ~, or , or /, but not ', I prefer ´.

My justification is that I always bump into the apostrophe and the acute accent is far from the other keys.

Can some give some tips ?
