console vs pc players...is it fair?

Having been a xbox player for years , and never a pc gamer, i was always worried when i heard that bf2042 was going to be a cross platform experience. I have noticed, and please believe me this is not sour grapes, that pc players have ranked up so quickly compared to console players that i have played with since launch, I admit that at best iam an average player and not a gamer genius as i play for fun, but i feel that pc players always seem to have the edge over us console players, is it because their pc's are more powerful than consoles and keyboards and mice are better than console controllers i really would like to know. I sometimes feel iam there just to make numbers up like an AI Bot and can't seem to get anywhere. I know you you can turn the option of cross play off but then you are really struggling to find a game.

Please this is just a polite notice but i am so interested in consoles and PC players views..

Since launch I haven't had too much difficulty with crossplay turned on though long range sniper fights and the semi-rare ace pilot can be a little annoying (I try my best to avoid those anyway)

even a strong aim assist is not good for gameplay because the screen turns to a side to another too much fast, simply turns the game to a blurry screen were we cant see almost nothing just that we are killing someone... its not a enjoyable gameplay, we can't enjoy the map, the graphics etc... that's why we need crossplay with consoles only, to get our nice gameplay and our player base back.

@Pantleon I understand that.

But I personally play BF4 a lot (compared to 2042) and I like the changes. Now my aim is the same as my normal aim in BF (muscle-memory).

Oh please post a video of this this crazy aim assit.. because I'm calling BS. No one I know can detect even the slightest aim assit. I have hundreds of hours in bf2042 and never experienced it once.
