Custom Portal FULL XP servers are hampering Core gameplay.

Firstly, this issue does not affect high population regions, only low to medium regions.

It affects my region because literally nobody plays AoW, people only play Portal. Now here's the problem.

Because you can now fully customize your Portal server to your every whim whilst still maintaining Full XP, and because there's only 1 full server at a time, who ever created that experience with whatsoever modifiers, affects people like myself who just want the standard experience. Often these servers are created to benefit a very particular playstyle and therefore benefits solely the creator, whilst everyone else must now partake in the creator's playground.

It's impossible for me to play Normal Conquest Large, if not playing with Bots where I don't get Full XP.

My suggestions:

• Inside the Portal Creator, add a separate tab inside the "Core" tab that defines whether the experience is going to be one of the following three options, a normal, hardcore or custom experience. 
• If a player choose "normal" or "hardcore", the experience should immediately be locked to FULL XP with AI Bots because this would mean the experience is identical to All out Warfare and thus, the modifiers, the restrictions and the rules editor tabs should NOT be available if "normal" or "hardcore" is selected.
• "Normal" and "Hardcore" should be curated by DICE, "Normal" should of course fully replicate AoW, whilst "Hardcore" should replicate the traditional Battlefield Hardcore experience.
• The DICE Custom Experiences tab don't give FULL XP and don't show up in the Portal Server Browser when hosted either. So what I'm saying is something curated within the Portal creator that can safely allow FULL XP without abusers.
• This safely allows the customizing of Map rotations, Ticket count and player count without jeopardizing FULL XP.
• If a creator chooses "custom experience" their experience should then become moderate XP and depending on their further alterations, subsequently restricted XP.

Please consider my suggestions as I feel you will hit two birds with one stone by going this route. You already know the other bird I'm talking about.

I understand that such changes may never see the light of day but I want it to be known that solutions are readily available to make Portal what it should be.
