Delta Force Hawk Ops vs. Battlefield 2042

Looks like a fun game to play!

I'm all signed up & wishlisted waiting for the alpha play testing on the 18th. 

Hopefully it'll blow BF2042 out of the water. I love that soldiers look like soldiers and guns look like guns instead of teletubbie no pats and toy plastic guns wrapped in wrapping paper. 

It's great to see a true competitor to BF because lets face it BF is now FUBAR compared to what it once was. 

I keep hoping someone will make a game similar to what Battlefield used to be.

Maybe some ex-employees from DICE, who knows.

Without cosmetic items, Heroes/specialists etc. and where you can tell the developers play the game too because (most of the) changes make sense.

Found this on my feed-Would've been a good breakthrough map for battlefield-Capture point A on the beach-Point B to the left, Point C Tower and point D to the right.

I'm not on the fence about this, Jesus Christ, we need something like this, Battlefield has turned into a laughing stock in regard to what it was before.

If they make anything resembling this pitiful excuse of a game again, then that's it for me.

I'm still furious at the pathetic amount of content we have received in this "Live Service" game, and I use the term Game loosely because it's anything but when compared to its predecessors which had so many more maps.

And they are still trying to sell the Battle passes.  I'm not one for BS uniforms that nobody can really see, or ridiculous hanging charms or silly emblems for the tail end of a tank or heli, I want the focus to be on real content and playability.

Looks like it could be a competent competitor, if they don't do anything crazy dumb like P2W weapons.

Competition often benefits clients. I hope it'll bring up serious competition and DICE will shape up.

Nice video and it looks more polished even though it's an alpha than BF2042's released build.

Will there be  a conquest mode like a Battlefield? If yes then I would definitely play it.
i'm not interested in free-for-all like running and gunning or a breakthrough type of gameplay where there's a predetermined path you have to follow. 
I want bigger maps with vehicle gameplay combined arms and freedom to go around the map to choose a  mission or  decide which flag to take etc.

Freedom, freedom, freedom most importantly. 
The freedom in conquest is actually more important to me than specialists or operators for example. 
Saying this as a mostly infantry player.
