DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed

I keep getting the following error: 
"DirectX function "GetDeviceRemoved Reason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET ("The device failed due to a badly formed command. This is a run-time issue; The application should destroy and recreate the device."). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti", Driver: 580.97. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers."

Only happens in Battlefield 2042 (EA i guess), playing other games like GTA V, CS2 i never get this error. 

Below i am attaching DxDiag report. I already did system file check shows nothing.

My laptop specs:

Intel Ultra 9 275HX, RTX 5070 TI, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD
