No server browser. Sticking with specialists after we've been SCREAMING for months that we didn't want them or at least wanted them separated into classic classes (as mentioned upthread). No mention of platoons. No mention of improved squad handling. One new and one fixed map, which means at this rate, it will take you seven seasons to fix the original Seven Maps. (Anybody think this game is going to last 7 seasons?) I appreciate the map changes you *are* making, and the specialist art revives look cool, but I can't help but think that maybe you're not allocating resources onto the actual problems with the game (server browser, the mere EXISTENCE of specialists, etc.) and you're just cat-vacuuming on small stuff to pick low-hanging fruit.
The problem is, you guys have such a terrible starting point with the base game as released, the folks trying to clean it up simply have too far to go. By the time you actually make BF2042 good, if you're allowed to, no one will be around to play. We all will have moved on if we haven't already.
I'm not optimistic, but I'll also give it a fair chance when Season 1 drops.
