Can someone help me solve this problem, I've already looked at the ban or suspension history, But there's nothing there, I was able to play normally and after a while this message appeared saying that my account was deactivated even though I don't remember breaking any rules. That is a notification that your account has been banned due to a violation of EA's User Agreement, unfortunately. You should have also received a notification email to your linked email address.
While you can contact EA Help to ask them to create a ban appeal with the Terms of Service team they cannot unban you themselves. You can also scan the QR code to begin the appeal process.
