EA, DICE you need to BAN this NOW (Portal xp exploiters)

Where are the devs here?

Can you ban all players using this exploit?

This make no sense that i reached level 999 without any bull**bleep**, and now this guys are doing boosting, boosting is cheating!

I Total agree, is not fair, this is cheating as well. 

I tried to log into a couple of these out of morbid curiosity but I just keep getting thrown back to the main menu every time.  Probably for the best.

For some reason EA is completely ignoring this issue.

It´s possible their hands are tied, as these people do, what the system allows them to do. 
Despite that, BF6 is coming anyway and who knows how much work Dice/EA want to put into BF2042 now?!

Yesterday at some point, Portal worked fine again. My server went online and known server came back. Maybe they did do something?

Solo/coop last time I checked did not give battlepass mission progress. So it needed portal with players or PvP A.I. co-op works for T3ing weapons and US vehicles but goog luck getting to play as RU in Solo-CoOp since they made you start only as US in Breakthrough Solo/coop.

We are not talking about T1 here but T3 which is often required for a gun or vehicle to not have an initial disadvantage due to a lack of options until all is unlocked.

The "challenges" exist as merely a bait for ensuring returning every week. These are not challenges but live service engagement bait.

PS: Ironically enough, DICE gave us player vs Robots events with full XP that can T1 guns a few months ago.

Thankfully the mastery in BF6 seems to be from all the XP events of a gun and not just kills.

-Thanks for letting me know that Solo/Co-op doesn't give battle pass mission progress, like i mentioned before i never had the need to play that, i just saw moderate xp on the Solo/Co-op tab and i assumed that it worked exactly as it does in portal

-The second point you make confuses me a little, i type that point because i was agreeing with one of your previous points on a previous post, in which i mentioned that having moderate xp (aka T3 max.) was limiting enough and having restricted xp was pretty much destroying the portal experience, so i was 100% agreeing with you when you said EA and DICE ruined portal.

In fact i do recommend people go and farm attachments and vehicle equipment, what i say is unacceptable is these legion of people spamming AFK farm rooms (The whole point of this post to exist was because people coudn´t host their own experiences because of these people, if the global quota error didn't exist, this wouldn't be a problem in the first place)

-The third point is even more confusing, the whole point of having challenges in a video-games is exactly for the purpose of player retention, in fact every hecking game does it like that i honestly don't see where is the problem with it.

-Yes, there is a lot of ways to cheese the T1 badges, before the battle-pass arrived the featured game in portal were almost always empty, so you could get T1 there (yeah kill switch is a very weird game mode) i don't think this necessarily has to be removed, i just think is lame.

I have 674 hours in 2042 and I find that I have a lot fewer T1 guns as I would have liked and no T1 vehicles at all (in spite of enjoying using them). I think the T1 goal was a ridiculously long one for me because I like to vary my gameplay instead of tunnel visioning one gun or vehicle at a time. Also only kills were awarding progress in many cases, it should have at least been assists too.
I found myself avoiding using guns without a T1 skin because every kill with these guns was not progressing towards a T1 skin. I would personally have found it better if I could had cheesed T1 for everything and it did not affect my choices.

While I find the AFK rooms to be distasteful, the server quota issue had appeared several times in the past. This is largelly due to EA mostly likely quietly reducing the available servers for portal to cut costs. So when they added this battlepass for BF6 content and they attracted all those who could not care less about 2042 anymore they created a double whammy of a server availabilty issue

Well, i reported around 20 of these servers and i got the reply today. :)
They didn´t take any action. All legit. 

We will have to live with that until EA/Dice puts some more servers up, that we can get back to our beloved portal servers.
