1. Easy AC isn't owned by DICE. 2. It's not an anti-cheat in that it blocks- it spots cheaters. 3. It gathers evidence over the time you have played, so it's not instantaneous.4. They tend to ban in waves, so you will see a lot of peeps complaining at the same time. 5. Not everyone complaining about 'false ban' is innocent. 5. It would help everyone if Easy at least listed why the ban, so you can appeal based on something.
I have no stats on the reliability of the BF2042 Easy AC system, but CoD Warzone is listed as having 30% cheaters playing that game.
