2042's Progress for 1,5 years involved us explaining to them why they should go back to what worked before.... more serious tones, scoreboard, squad management, All chat, P.I.P for aircraft, etc

Yes of course, not all is bad in his videos. With his influence he probably pushed EA to improve the game in many ways. 
I still disagree with many things in his videos personally. He says big maps are bad - i say they are great

He says no flag needed on the rooftops - i say they are absolutely fun and much needed. 
He says we don't need vehicle enter/exit animations or first person revives - i say it is a huge step back from BFV that we don't have them anymore. etc.

The list goes on and on...

Saying all this as a mostly infantry player. 
His gameplay style is run and gun. Of course he can't have fun on huge maps, many other problems he has with the game originates  from being bored if does not have an interaction with an enemy player every few seconds. 
His play style is totally different from mine so mostly what he says it's irrelevant to me. I do appreciate that he influenced the developers to improve the game though. Cheers. 

Enders makes videos where he spectates and comments on players who are not very good at the game.

So when the player makes a mistake or does something stupid, Enders ridicules the person while spectating.

The spectated player’s gaming name is fully visible throughout Enders’ video.

What if a vulnerable person gets treated like this in a video by Enders and some of his followers then start sending ridiculing messages via Xbox or whatever to the person.

Don’t tell me there isn’t a risk this could end badly.

Imagine it was you:

You’re playing Battlefield V and although you’re not doing super well, you are having fun. Perhaps you just started and is learning the game.

Then you find out there’s a Youtuber who has been spectating you while you were playing, laughing and mocking you whenever you made a mistake.

I’d say this qualifies as toxic behavior and I am surprised he apparently is still invited to EA events or whatever.

If I was in charge, a person like Enders would get kicked out the door immediately.

Everybody has the right to play any game, and play it the way they like it if they are having fun and not hurting other people. There is always two sides on a coin. People may not understand situations fully until one day it applies to them and experience the receiving end. EXAMPLE: If you practice racist behaviour on a minority person, you would hurt if you get in a similar situation but the opposite way. You may not cry as a 'snowflake' as you say but maybe you get angry and want to beat up that other person. One thing is for sure: you would not like it either.
