The transport helicopter is fine as is. They even nerfed the splash damage on the 50mm canon, therefore people can't just spam and get kills anymore with it. With Good pilots and a gunners that actually know what they're doing they can be incredibly strong. However there's more than enough counters to keep them at bay. The problem is there's too many dummies trying to farm infantry with vehicles instead of trying to keep the enemy vehicles at bay. One person using a Soflam, A Rao, A wildcat, and a few players dedicated to AA and AV can easily keep put in work.
