Hey member of OEG formerly known as OPEG from way back in the day. Been playing BF since 1942 and Tribes before that. I'm quite frustrated that I have zero clan mates online playing as they've already moved on. FFS I have 3 people playing a pool game to hold themselves over. Please get some of the easy fixes going (such as the settings you've just turned off in options) and post an update as to what specifically is being done in the next patch and targets for patch after that. We need to see the map to know you're going in the right direction.

@Swank1975 Just last night I seen someone post in the gamechat he was looking for a few people to squad up, found out he was in Aus, same as myself and a few mates, so invited him for a few games and his down to play more.So you could always throw a message out midgame and hope someone is willing to squad up, because I'm sure there's other players out there that enjoy the game and want to play with others in a functioning squad.

Indeed. And when you habe more than 3 friends you can‘t even play All Out Warfare together. Squad sizes or party size need to be Increased.

@Swank1975 I hear ya... Our Clan "=FaRT=" has been playing together since early 2005 in Battlefield 2. I played 1942 & BF Vietnam as well. We all stopped playing 2042 after like a month. Got old, repetitive etc. Plus all the missing key components of battlefield are missing so there is literally no reason to play it. I'm playing Halo Infinite and Crusader Kings 3 until they fix this mess.

2042 pretty much screwed all chances of keeping a thriving community going.GG DICE/EAG🤬G

I feel you, I've been in my clan since 2015, we had over 100 people on PS4 through BF1 and BFV, now I play with maybe 2 people once a week.

The issue isn't that our group doesn't have gamers playing games. It's that as a BF group since Bad Company who's played each BF game and Planetside 2 a bunch they just don't have interest in the game in it's current state. If they fix it they will likely come back. I'm just impatient for some word on what the fixes will be.

@Swank1975 A +1 simply because you gave me a brief nostalgia flashback from namedropping Tribes. Now there was a criminally underrated team FPS.

In the same boat as you, only i stopped as well as i sure as hell wasn't playing this solo, check up on the forums now and then to see if any changes are on the way.

We just went back to BF4/Destiny/FFXIV.

I'm going to check out the leap beta when it opens here soon. it looks like it could be fun like Tribes.
We use to compete in the TWL on Tribes 1 and 2 and we're quite good in the day.

Aaah I remember Tribes 2 fondly on my 56k modem and laters my ADSL connection... Good times 🙂
Well, that was a time when developers cared and their product had to be spot on at release or people will just not buy it...
EA thinks: we'll just get the cash now, fix a bit of it later... if it works it works, if not, we'll scrap it.
Been 2 weeks after new year and not a single update. So as far as I'm concerned EA has lost my confidence. Andromeda, Anthem and now this... I don't care if they have big names like BioWare or whatever... By now, all these studios are worth, are their names because it sure isn't the games they dare put out recently.
The only studio worth something at EA right now, is Respawn... and they are so undervalued by EA... Thought it was a billion dollar company but its run by a bunch of morons.

@Daeyon-be Exactly my stance after those 3 titles, and also why i expect nothing to change and just stopped.

Granted, i don't begrudge them the money I've paid, that's on me, it's simply the cut-off line.
Dice was the last "well, even if i don't like it it's still a solid studio" line EA had, that's out now too.

Granted, i do hope they can dig themselves out after a fashion, but regardless this isn't the game i was looking for.

Best of luck to Dice and those here on the forums that slogged and argued through the tech/beta tests, if there are any left of the latter.
