am i now supposed to praise DICE for returning a feature they cut for no reason whatsoever? so they can now go and pat themselves on the back ? claim to "listen to the community"? nah i refuse to praise them for something so barebones

    Yeah, I agree. They just need to list the updates and not make it like they actually listening to the community. There really hasn't been a single change that has occurred since launch that was community driven. If that were the case, we would have a Server Browser or more XP in Solo/Coop for those that can't play multiplayer due to regional player counts and the terrible MM.

        This you can do now already. It's just that instead of making room in your squad for your friends you have to create a new squad and move over to this one.

        What is missing is to be able to join with all friends and not just a few and having follow you while you are joining.

        Usually we have a party of 4 joining a server, then calling out in Teamspeak as soon as the map is loading for the others to follow. But more often than not this still results in those that follow to end up in a queue while the first 4 are on the server and can see -- pressing TAB -- that on 64 player CQ our side usually has 36+ players or on the 128 player variant there are >64 players on our team. Basically never the other way around. Not sure why Dice has to wait until they have all players and then are not even able to distribute them evenly.

    EXACTLY my thoughts.
    This feature should have been in the game from the very beginning.
