Non booster, you cannot catch birds that do not hover. Boosted you can catch them, but you lose 90% of your agility and you use fuel twice as fast.

i don't think of it as you lose fuel twice as fast, you can just only cover 600m total so if you are going faster your fuel runs out faster. same thing i guess just different way of looking at it
