@gordowarAn update every 15 days is fit for stuff like balance patches and cosmetics like how League of Legends does it (patch every two weeks.)
A monthly update system doubles the amount of time that goes into each patch, which tends to equal way, way more content for the end user on top of balance changes.
For MOBA's like League, a 14 day update cycle is completely fair (one may even say expected.) For big triple A games like 2042, a monthly update cycle is better especially because of the number of people working on it being so many, from multiple studios.
The game is 1.0 now. Content is going to start flowing. The monthly waits, I feel, are going to be worth it. You're only wanting faster updates because you're feeling the content draught right now. Give it another month and your patience will be rewarded.
