Getting frustrated trying to win gunfights (dying too much)

Hey gang...so I've been playing Battlefield since BF4 (got BF3 later) and am sort of enjoying BF2042 so far...some of the game I like and some I don't, with bugs and some really mind-boggling design ...

@AOD_moose004 The assault rifles are trash right now and the LMGs are even worse. Use the SMG PP-29 until they balance the weapons. MP9 is also good.

    @theCrazyOnes I followed the hype about PP-29 and indeed it felt like an improvement from the base SMG (can't recall the name) but now I'm looking at the attributes and doesn't base SMG outperform PP-29 in almost every aspect? Especially considering extremely small mag size of PP-29.
