Bans aren't something we can help with here on the forums. You can always raise a dispute with our terms of service team, and they can take a look into it for you.

Why is this marked as a solution? EA service team are not helping they are just bots who don't care. What we need is enough people to call them out and get them to either reinstate everyone who's being banned and ook into that dodgy anti cheat
