If killing and being killed works better with a higher ping (thanks to VPN) than with a low ping, then something is wrong with the game. This is the most disgusting lag compensation I've ever seen. It's a game killer.
Good VPN = CyberGhost (but I live in Germany)
Edit:
1 Server for all of europe, parts of asia and africa. It just can't go well. please think about it.
