This is really straining mosquitoes and swallowing camels, you want to take action against something that is guaranteed to be far fewer in number, than if you only take the group that chooses to subscribe to their cheats on PC, add the rest of various PC cheats and the console part is a drop in the ocean.
You have to be clear that cheaters are nothing more than thieves who steal points that belong to others, so it just gets weird when you go for the least problematic part and miss what is really the elephant in the room.

"In the nearly 700 hours of BF2042 I have played, I have seen 1, yes ONE, legitimate cheater who wiped half the map of enemy players on Orbital within 30 seconds." I interpret that as a rage hacker.
