    - Kovaak aim training everyday
    - BF4 Multiplayer TDM / Rush / Conquest
    - helis and jets in Test Range

100 situps, 100 pushups, 100 squats and a 10-km run every day. Also added grappling hook training as well which my HOA isn't thrilled about, but they have yet to employ a tactic that can capture me.
