The A10-Warthog is soo bad

the new a10 warthog plane is insanely bad, like its turning radius is soo big it takes like 4 second to turn around. Any other plane puts it into dirt. The flares reload too slow.  The dmg is good but its useless after the enemy plane decides to turn in any way. You just cant do a normal dogfight with it

Unfortunately, the A10 has now been nerfed again after only a few days and has been unplayable for me as a player for 2 decades. Why Dice/ EA can"t ignore people for a few more days to give them time to get used to it. Vehicles must be powerful and stable. Currently, any infantryman can destroy a tank faster than an A10 pilot. Anyone can shoot down the A10. So many AA, Stinger, Lis, rockets and even normal machine guns can bring him down. I usually don"t even get out of the spawn for 20 seconds before I was shot down with my A10. Allowing it on the new map, but not on others where it would have made much more sense, is not good either. If this is the development of politics in Battlefield, I"m thinking about whether I should buy BF6. Battlefield just can"t be so vehicle-hostile. Better more complicated mechanics to repair, so that those who repair also have something to do and not just AFK have to press a button on the tanks and AA. Too bad @Dice

  • DICE just do not seem to want to do math about how proportionally stronger a vehicle has to be from an infantryman in order to make the vehicle worth the limited slot and any time invested into it.

The A-10 Warthog isn’t built for dogfights—it’s a close air support beast, not an air superiority fighter. Its slow speed and wide turn radius make it vulnerable in air-to-air combat, and flare reloads are sluggish. While its damage output is brutal, it’s best used for ground attack roles, not chasing agile jets.
