How do you prepare for the Battlefield(2042)?

So I am sure many of you are hyped and maybe even preordered the game already. Great! Honestly, I am quite excited to play a new game and even though the later games let me down a bit, I have enough nostalgia from older BF games that I do look forward to Battlefield 2042.

Anyways, I'm not here to discuss nostalgia and hype, I am here to ask you: how do you prepare for the next Battlefield game?

Personally, I'm playing a lot of Escape from Tarkov right now and I might start Battlefield 4 again in a while. I feel Tarkov will give me a tactical advantage: you really learn to keep your aim up to date in that game, and BF4 will just give me that overall Battlefield sense and lets me adjust to the vehicle gameplay. Since I am an all-rounder, I always try to use all kinds of vehicles and weapons and preparing a bit will hopefully help me get that combat advantage over most people. Maybe I take it all a bit too serious, but that's just how I like my gaming: to dominate.

    Since BFV as a huge let-down for me I have sunk a good amount of hours into APEX the past two years with the occasional BF1 & BF4.

    One thing I have noticed since APEX is a BR-game I have managed to stay alive longer in Battlefield-games-

    My judgement has improved immensely on which enemy to engage or if I can sense a situation where an obj is gonna be stormed by an incoming zerg I just zerg away and find other enemies to engage.

    Also the grapplehook in APEX will work perfectly fine in BF2042, so I am looking forward to show my BF-teammates how to get to B-flag in 3.5 seconds with the right technique!
