I had a PS4 and played Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition on it. I earned a few trophies. Now I have a PS5 and 0 trophies in game. How can I transfer trophies earned on PS4 to PS5?

How short a delay? Been a fairly long delay and no transfer here. I’m getting new ones but the old ones are still on the PS4 version.
the trophies do transfer "on their own " I can confirm this at least to the extent that I am on PS5 and have both PS4 and PS5 versions of the game installed and after playing both versions the trophies are at a delay but they do transfer, I restart my PS5 every hour and a half though as well, but also I earned most on the PS5 version, so when I opened and played the ps4 version they start carrying over and popping up but they are delayed, I'd try restarting whichever version of the game or your system in general.
If you earn trophies on one system, you will need to repeat the action (not the full trophy requirement) again once (usually a full day after with how weird the server syncing works) for the trophy to pop.
You will, however, need to redo getting a perfect extraction in Hazard Zone - The guy who earned the platinum before everyone using pre-patch Portal and the trophy guide writer confirm this
