How will DICE deal with clan-stacking inBF2042?

Will there be any improvements on this side in BF2024?

Why should DICE do anything that stops friends playing together?

  I think they should to have on loan a personal server and try there to rush first point on the map and move to the next as it is on public servers now when they play against single players who have not that kind of communication and coordination like clans have

When I find a good player, I friend them. It's called networking and has advanced civilization to the apex we enjoy now.
