It’s so infuriating to know that these people are getting away with cheating and they are basically untouchable and the sheer number of people playing illegitimately.I ran a pretty popular server for several months on BF4 and we’d see a ridiculous amount of people using DPS cheats and you’d have people being banned by BF4DB with almost every round played in that server, for cheating in some way.It pisses me off how hell bent people are on ruining others experiences online. Why can’t EA just take these cheat company’s to court or something and make everyone’s lives including theirs better.

I'm sure everyone feels the same way :PIt's not like previous AC didn't work at all but I completely understand the frustration - We have a bunch of different tools linked to Portal in addition to a fresh system so I'm cautiously optimistic about this one.

I should mention Sony's move is discriminatory againt disabled people though, unless they come out with officially licensed gaming peripherals to help people with disabilities play video games like Microsoft does on Xbox.But as of right now Sony has no such devices and is discriminating against the disabled.

@1Hairy-Gorilla Sony encrypted the firmware and USB signals to the ps5 DualSense controller. Sony was allowing the ps4 DualShock controller to work for a while on ps5, but now they're locking it out and requiring game developers to only support DualSense 5 with haptic feedback.Sony wants to make big money by locking out 3rd party controller manufactures so the only place to buy a replacement controller is from Sony.

With the Frostbite source code leak this game was compromised even before hitting the retail market. You think Warzone is bad wait until you play this. Easy Anti Cheat won't make any difference now. Look at BFV the cheating on there is pandemic levels, shameful

PC into crossplay is there to make them money PC over run with cheaters meh the consoles will hold up the player base.Activision has poisoned the well for PC crossplay and I'm going to say their Twitter and forums will be nothing but X cheat, ban Y ect in its launch month.

I’m hoping this new anti cheat actually works.

I'm leaning toward ps5 for BF2042. Sony let's customers disable crossplay in the game menu. I might go Xbox if Microsoft let's us disable crossplay in the game menu too.
Definitely not going PC. I've had enough of the cheaters.
Also XIM probably won't work on ps5, so at least everyone will be playing with a controller on Sony's console.
Unless there's native mouse and keyboard support, which I hope there is. I prefer mouse.

@Uarebadatfifa Mostly play on the xbox consoles and havnt seen as much as when I boot up my pc. Hopefully they got it figured but with that recent hack we will have to see.

@OskooI_007 Seen that a few times about Xim and co not working on PS5 but why do you say that? As far as I know these devices "fake" the input of a controller that's plugged into it? Maybe them strike pack crap wont work as its a different shape.
If I got a PS5 I'd buy it there, but got a series X and either going to get last gen or gamepass edition. As we know MS wont allow us to disable crossplay Apex/Warzone/big team modes in CoD.
Have they even said they going input match making as that would help a bit, CoD = anything goes and I'm sick of being the only console player in lobby vs KB/M users on PC.

Saying there are no cheating in console is not true. I have seen mods that allow cheating in consoles. It may not be as bad as PC, but grant you its there. What reaklly gets me is if EA/Dice banned accounts those suspected of cheating, they would make a bunch of money resale those games again.

@Uarebadatfifa With China banning people playing games it might be playable to some extent on PC. sure you'll still have Russians hacking and Brazilians just making everything worse but it is something.

@OskooI_007 They did that to force you into buying a DS5 hehe. Xbox pads are encrypted and it doesn't stop Xim there :S If that's the right term they did something different to the USB protocol. BTW like I said don't own one yet but DS4 can be used for PS4 games on PS5? Unless things changed in the last 4 months.
@TANGO_TX no recoil is nothing vs aimbots, wallhacks and ESP lol. anything else is made up click bait junk 🙂
