- @xXHappy_PuppyXx lol True. The irony of DICE, pioneers of Conquest mode, taking over Battlefront then refusing to put Conquest in it. Even the PSP Battlefront games had Conquest mode lol!!!
- @G-Recons I'm not sure how to respawn to that....
Umm play the first part on saving private ryan on a loop... lol @xXHappy_PuppyXxnothing gives you the atmosphere of the previous battlefield titles, like for the sake of Allah even Hardline didn't disappoint me like 42
- @G-Recons they do have an atmosphere issue with this game. Hardline had the atmosphere, just not the one I wanted to play lol. Same with BF1. Battlefield 2142 made you feel the high tech, future atmosphere all over the place. It took some getting used to, but was awesome. Even BFV seemed to have the WW2 atmosphere, but not the gameplay or maps people wanted.
- @ArchAngeL-PCX What atmosphere it feels like a war at the mall for black friday deals
Someone posted about atmosphere, or lack of, in 2042. I have to agree. For me BFV had the best atmosphere of the recent games. What did it for me was the music. It was spot on for the era the game was set in and added some emotion to the game. Yes they didn't deliver the content we were all expecting but the content they did provide did tick the box.
2042 has a complete lack of atmosphere and what "Music" there is sounds like a 5 year only using a 80's synth. Whatever "narrative" dice created for 2042 doesn't work and doesn't follow through to the actual game. I am not emotionally invested in this game as I was with BFV and I am not sure that will change. Is it fun? maybe - once you get passed all the bugs, and issues.
