@AdamonicYou can spend millions and millions on development polish and marketeting towards a game, if it's boring, uninspired, cowardly and generic it'll die off on its own very quickly.
Having 2000 players on Steam is normal for this game, it was never destined to be a hit and won't ever magically become one regardless how much you pay Jackfrags to say so or how many more container maps you release for it.
Vince Zampella wont save it, the fundamental core of this game is poison. It's not a Battlefield game, and never will be.
It'll go on Gamepass, spike to around 30k players, then die. I hope EA made plans for another BF game, I'd like to play a BF game with Crossplay etc.
This is a good lesson to EA upper management keep their marketing department far away from games design. DICE has very competent designers, let them make Battlefield games.
