Squad management tools are coming with season 5 -- then you can kick players from your squad. I think I even saw some mock up that showed this feature (if you would call this as I would consider this very basic functionality) and you can even 'ban' players (not sure what this means -- maybe to ensure they will never be placed in your squad ever again?).
