If I get the game from a steam gift will I receive the pre-order bonuses?

A friend of mine gifted me 2042 standard edition on steam and I'm wondering if I will receive the pre-order bonuses that you would get if you actually bought the game yourself?

Yes, no matter of purchased yourself or gifted. If it's like pre-ordered/pre-purchased(which steam does) linked to your account then you get it as you would have purchased yourself.
