Impose a cooldown from playing any vehicles

it is so hard to get to play any vehicles, excerpt Hovercraft, latv4 etc common vehicle. i suggest DICE to set up a cooldown on any players who played on any vehicles, exceprt, hovercaft, latc4 etc common vehicles. so getting others players with the chance to use such vehicles. it is fair and needed for any situation like from a trolling players who occupy a vehicle all the time in accidentally suicide .
