Is Dice Planning to release a patch to fix some of the major issues?

Is DICE planning to release a patch before release on Friday, that fixes some of the major issues such as the hit registration? Because I feel that the hit registration desperately needs fixed before the General Public gets access to the public release on Friday, along with some strange bugs including no clipping and other issues, such as icons not shown up on the screen to choose when you spawn and spawning not working sometimes as well. But I feel that a patch if released before Friday should and must fix the biggest issues involving the game currently.  For further clarification, I actually do own the ultimate edition as well, so I have experienced this horrible hit registration, I've noticed that the PBX SMG, has better hit registration as well, and I am a modestly good shot, I've experienced scenarios such as firing the M5A3 directly at a target but it does not hit, and I've played multiple Battlefield and COD games over the past couple of years, and none of those games have hit registration as terrible as this, also my preferred platform is Series X, though I have played first person shooters such as Arma 3 on PC.
