Is this even fair? My coins were completely wasted...

I pre-ordered the game as a Standard Edition. And then I cancelled  it and ordered Gold Edition instead via Steam. When the first Season came out, I saw that I was able to get only the free ite...

@Belboll I'd have another chat with them. I think that virtual currency is usually non-refundable, but it couldn't hurt to ask again in case they can make an exception. It might come to nothing but EA Help would be the people to talk to.
