in my opinion it all got f***** by PVP toxic comunity. they started crying about balance. crying that unlocking things in PVE was not fair. crying that PVP should be best rewarded because is more "challenging" and "competitive". crying for nerfs. crying for fixes. crying if someone unlocks things before they do. Every PVP game has the same problem with mind f***** players with no ability of enjoying a game for what it is. A GAME. and i'm ready to bet that PORTAL farmers where PVP players trying to get stronger the fastest way possible, to win against others. SOLO gamers just want to enjoy playing games. they take the slow and standard way of progression while having fun. and when they are done, they play again and again just for fun. thanks to PVP for screwing all that....

Yea, false advertising at its finest. They advertised we could progress in ANY mode. This included solo/co-op. Battlefront 2 has full progression in their ai/co-op modes. I see no difference in allowing full progression in solo/co-op in Battlefield 2042. I can barely even play multiplayer and have to resort to solo to even play the game.
Who play offline will continue to play offline, Who farming offline and then go online are the toxic part of the community.
Why disable progression for the people who just want to have fun…offline, why?
also, we're not talking about a free to play game like warzone. we ALL paid full price for this game, depending on the edition.
By the way…in AOW why ribbons are locked, weapons level 12 locked, operators skins locked … why this sh*t.
