MAPS lacking Armored Air/Ground vehicles

It is an absolute joke what they have done in the most recent update. Some maps in BF4 had up to 7 tanks per team for 32players! Now 2 for 64 players? Are you kidding me? They need to make an infantry only mode for those who don't like vehicles so they can flee to their safe haven. This is a combined arms franchise. Vehicles need to take the spotlight. That is the draw to this game. I will not play again until they increase the vehicle count and lower the cooldown.

you are exactly right! I bought the game for all out warfare, not infantry only warfare. Not playing game either until Armored air/ground vehicle count increased and vehicle count better balanced than this crap! 

patch 3.3 version was decent for vehicle count and now 4.0 its worse!

I dont think its about not liking vehicles from infantry side. They haven’t provided adequate  tools for infantry to defend themselves. Lock rockets break lock way too easily or for no reason and range is way too short. Non lock rockets are too slow and do paltry damage if the do hit. Less vehicles is a misguided solution to the true problem!

completely disagree with you. I'm sure we can both agree that practically everyone runs around with a rocket launcher. Multiple players with rocket launchers tanks dont stand a chance. I waited 10 min to get a tank, 2 min later after spawning in one got wiped out by 4-5 players with rocket launchers! Stingers and Soflam + Rocket launcher combo is  devastating already against air vehicles. Not to mention wildcat AA. Also adding more tanks/helis helps promote vehicle vs vehicle combat. Therefore vehicles are less likely to target infantry. If theres 2 tanks per team they are less likely to engage each other because they are nowhere near each other. 

I see your point. If squads play as a squad which they have made difficult in 2042, vehicles would have little recourse but to fight each other. However as the balance currently stands vehicles will still feel overpowered particularly if there are more on the map. Not having weapons specific to class may have made their life more difficult when it comes to infantry to vehicle balance since everyone can carry rockets. I will look forward to a match when all those players start working together with all those rockets. 

I mostly fly the bird and it is just an absolutely miserable experience trying to get one now with 4.0 it just completely zapped all enthusiasm I had toward this game. Now with 1-2 slots total for the nightbird, jet, and attack chopper midgame it is a long wait or just not happening. And its too hard to get one at the start now since they took away the voice queues at the beginning of the match. You can't anticipate what side you are going to be on so you can't preemptively place your mouse cursor over the vehicle icon anymore. It is complete luck of the draw now so with a limited vehicle pool and long cooldowns I spent a ton of time at the spawn screen waiting and that is not fun to me. I just want to fly I really don't see the big deal about that. It is what I find fun and it is in the game for a reason. It should be easier to get one. Same thing goes for every other vehicle.

It most certainly is. There are active individuals on this forum even who have  explicitly said they dont want to have to swap their loadouts to deal with vehicles... despite that always having been the requirement in BF games previously if you werent equipped to deal with something. And we even have a specialist that allows it to happen without dying/respawning.

Vehicles in this game are, and have always been, structured around squad based game play. And the multiple nerfs already to heliocopters because people cant be bothered to pick up a stinger, spawn an aa or use a soflam and an M5 is just absurd and was totally unnecessary.

Now we have a slower and shared spawn on these vehicles and they're totally inaccessible. 

I used to be able to get attack helios a few times a game, now i cant even get one more than 1-2 times across two or three maps.

Same here man this is completely OBSURED!  Took out the fun of All out Warfare Conquest! 

All they had to do was just add more cover to maps not decrease vehicle pool and increase cool down timer......

I'm also waiting endlessly to be able to spawn into a tank or helicopter/jet... Before 4.0 it was decent and now its horrible... Whats worse they have plans to lower the vehicle count even more..

Think I'll be heading back to BF5 strategic conquest
