Mastery levels for in-world vehicles

The mastery levels for the in-world vehicles (Truck, Tuk-Tuk and Polaris) are very difficult to get. I mean you expect us to get 400 kills and assists with them to get T1 mastery?! That's very unreasonable in my opinion. They are mainly utilized for transport from one side of the map to the other very quickly. For transport, not combat. So wouldn't it make more sense to change the way you earn mastery levels for this vehicles to miles traveled? This may also encourage people to use these vehicles more than they actually are.

  • @ZRuff46 Agree. I mean, who is pulling off that many kills with a tuk-tuk? (I know some have, but for the rest of us that have a life, c'mon... )

Really the only way to do it is to go into a solo game and kill AI with it but that's not fun to me. I'd like to earn the mastery levels legit

  • @ZRuff46 They're a grind but doable with some dedication (which I don't have lol). I know someone who just T1'd the Polaris, and they finished off the TukTuk a little while ago.

Personally speaking, I'd quite like it if the requirement was changed to miles travelled.

They probably did most of it in solo. I'm not saying it's impossible, it's just unreasonable and makes no sense since their primary reason for use is transportation between objectives. Honestly I barely see anyone use them, so this idea might help increase their usage. I personally do not use them at all, but if they changed the way to get the mastery level to miles traveled, I'd definitely use them more

You can't do most of it solo---only up to T3.  T2 and T1 take the most kills and you can only do that in multiplayer.

@DaMutha1Well…. You could do it in a ranked Portal if you had some buddies willing to be crash test dummies for you to drive over. Would be funny the first few times, but wow would it get boring fast. I like to complete stuff, but the cost is too high to waste my time. Kills and assists would be good. Driving around like a crazy person with buddies shooting out the back could be fun and silly, something this game is lacking. Cue violins… Did anybody try blowing up friendly quads with C4 in BC2? In our old clan server, we could launch a quad from one spawn clear across the map with piles of mines and C4. Learned the .50 could kill 7 people if they all lined up, but a good portion of the time the 6th in line would live. It was fun and silly and a break from grinding unlocks. I miss the craziness.
