MCS-880 (pump shotgun) needs a massive buff, borderline trash weapon

the pump shotgun is terrible. It has no range and does little damage. This weapon is a meme. 2042 is not designed for shotguns to be useful, and that's ok, but why is the pump shotgun so weak? It is ...

@CodaciousMan if we start buffing all the weapons that are just less viable then most anything else we will be here for a long time....

This weapon can't be viable. I just want it to not be useless. I love pump shotguns in fps games, it is my favorite class of weapon to kill time with when I get bored. I can't do that in this game though because it is just that bad.

    @CodaciousMan again, this is a heavy meta weapon game, either you are playing the weapons that are best in class or you will suffer...
    thats just how it is and i doubt DICE will even bother anymore with many balance changes

      Thats a pretty stupid thing to say. It's as if you are saying it's fine for DICE to mess with the weapons so much that they become useless when in reality they are really effective.
