Been looking at mouse pads my HyperX is getting a bit worn, thinking about an Artesian Zero heard it had good glide. The problem is, you can look on-line, but it doesn't tell you how they feel? What are you guy's, gals, other, feeling about mouse pads, any recommendations?

I like SteelSeries QcK cloth mouse pads.
@sk1lldI've tried a lot of them and my favorite by a lot is the X-Raypad Aqua Control 2. I like anything that's a cordura like fabric. My hands tend to be slightly sweaty, so if you're like me at all, I highly recommend it. I also use a little fan for my mouse hand as well.
It has low initial friction, and very consistent glide. The other thing that I really like is that it doesn't seem to slow down much or get a dead spot. Every fabric pad like the qck has developed a dead spot in the middle, and only after a few weeks of using it.
Make sure to use some decent feet for your mouse as well. Leathal gaming gear carries the Core pads that great and pretty cheap.
Cooler Master makes the MP511 that's pretty good as well, but feels slightly harsher on your hand. The Aqua pad has more sizes available, and I personally use the 19x19".
Boardzy is currently the most active reviewer I'd trust with their opinion regarding mice and pads if you need a resource for reviews.
on the recommendations here I ordered two the Steelseries QCK and the Logitech G640 will see which one I like more.

I had a Steelseries for a while and liked it.
I recently got a Gltech from amazon that extends under my keyboard too.
It has woven edges and feels just as good as my Steelseries.

Sounds like you need a wrist rest, and maybe get that looked at?
I got a PS5 with cronus zen for the game. So, no need for a mouse pad for me or I would help ya.
So i've been finding that using a regular ol mouse pad that is soft, has a lot more drag to it and the pointer catches a lot of the time and depending on how dirty it is, can make this worse. I'm that type of person where i prefer to do more minute movements with my mouse where i dont have to lift the mouse up and re-center it. So with that being said, i bought a hard plastic mousepad. The one i'm using is a Bitpro LGM mouse pad. It works amazing for smooth mouse transition with no studdering. The ONLY thing that sucks about it is, you get a piece of dirt or crumb under your mouse and it sounds and feels like you're hitting a stone or nails on a chalk board lol. But thats simple you can just do a simple swipe and clean it off and you're good to go.

That’s not good man. You need to take more breaks and consider a better chair. My sciatica is bad and nerve damage can occur. Consider seeing someone about it, numbness is not normal.
