My account got banned for no reason!

Hard for me to believe anyone these days that say they never used hacks because of a post we had here not too long ago where the guy said he never used hacks and then find out he did use hacks.

I can prove that I dont use hacks, yasterday i was recording a gameplay for my Yt account before I got banned and also i have some Battlefield gameplays i recorded on my YT channel,

And also I don't know if is possible to use hacks while playing a game in geforce now, I only playing this game through Geforce now because my Pc don't run it

but I play Battlefield on pc since 2017 and i got banned for the first time just after playing battlefield 2042 weird enough

I see this message pop up when an update failed to install correctly. Try a file repair.

In Origin, launch Origin go to game library right click BF2042 and select repair game.

If this is a Steam game, launch Steam go to game library and right click BF2042 and select verify game files.

This should fix it.

If for whatever reason it does not fix your issue your only recall is to contact EA directly, no one here can help you.

It didn't work, because when I try to log in my account on the EA website it appears a message saying that my account got disable permanently, This is absurd!. I spend money, time and I bought a Ea play subscription on steam but I can't even use her because my steam account is linked to My Ea account that got banned, I can't connect my steam account to another Ea account

Well, I will try to solve this problem with Ea then. I tough I could got some EA team menber attention on this from here

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @Miguelitoplaysbr

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

My problem has already been solved, I talked to them and they told me what to do to get my account back, I can access my account now and play online again, thank you anyway for the response.
