My account got hacked. please help
My account got hacked on Dec19th. i didn't know this until Dec25th (due to email sent by EA was in my spam folder). The hacker changed my email, password and my ID name. I logged in with Google account. But EA made my account as a Newbie account. Iam using that account to contact EA help. i can prove that my hacked account belongs to me. I bought BF4's physical copy with activation code with me. I had BF3,4,1,V,2042, NFS heat and Battlefront 2 in it. my hacked email is [edit: email address removed]. please recover my account back to me.

You will most likely need to confirm account ownership first of all, so it may be worth having as much account information to hand as possible when contacting them.
