1, The timer to lose being the squad leader is TOO FAST. You lose it if you happen to die, which is absurd. Timer should stop or something if you die.2. The system is already being abused like crazy. People just remove you randomly now. Suddenly you have no squad at all because all others are full, but you are now alone, resulting is a horrible game experience.3. Similar to point 2, but as always people hate snipers. If you happen to be one. You are kicked from the squad.4. Let people MAKE their own squads besides the default ones. Indicate custom squads with some kind of marker or something in the name. If someone MAKES one, they become owner and THEN can remove people if they wish. Don't let people remove others from the default squads.

Vocal minority ? No, most people want squad management back.Also I don't want useless main base snipers in my squad and now I don't have to.

@BasenjiMaster I don't get it, if you are just going to be hill-humping in the far corners of the map then why do you care if you're in a squad or not?The sniper role for the most part is a lone-wolf activity and I have no beef with that, if that's the way you want to play then more power to you, but for the way I want to play you're just taking up space that could be filled with someone else who wants to actually help and play similarly to my playstyle.I guess I'm THAT guy that would kick you from my squad, I want like-minded players in my squad whether its infantry fighting/support, vehicle support, vehicle-hunters, PTFO or whatever.

Snipers don't play as a team 95% or more of the time. I see no issue with this.

@BasenjiMaster Finally no random bs. I just don't feel to be mean, but when squad mate makes my gameplay harder, fault is not mines and also i can do something about it to improve. Eventually mostly players still stay in squads.

I hope they bring back a commander position. Supplies / UAV / Vehicle drop / Artillery and spotting position would be killer with squads and squad management.

New squad management is bad and abusive.

2 and 3 are basically why they didn't want this feature in the first place.

I think it was BF1 that had a relatively fast timer for new leaders; while I don't think it should be 1 death fast, it can sometimes feel like forever before a bad leader can be removed

I've lost it a lot. I'm busy under fire with enemies all around, can't respond to a "what your orders", die. And that time has gone, lost it. And even get kicked from squad because of that. Suddenly I am alone for the rest of the game.

Which is why the devs responding to the vocal minority and making a change is often not a good thing.

@BasenjiMaster we all have different play styles. The friends that I like in my squad don't need a leader, we all understand what it takes to win and play accordingly. If I die and the other three are on a capped objective, I spawn close to the next target without prompt and the others follow if need be, if not they'll go to the next.

I understand that some of you like to stick together in a gang, but most of the time it just makes the whole squad an easy target for squad wipe and the objectives suffer.
I haven't used this new feature yet, but I'm looking forward to the random joining us and giving orders, t'will be a laugh.
