Painting PC players as cheaters alienates a fair number of PC players who don't cheat, the same can be said for modded controllers that allow mouse and keyboard and retain controller benefits on consoles also modded controllers that have no recoil. Are these people not cheaters also?
JMHO In terms of cheating, there will be no difference with crossplay off, as there is a lot of cheating on both platforms today.
The only thing that maybe the consoles still lack is PC's rage hackers, but it will come.
