On mid flight spawning
On mid flight spawning I think this sucks it definitely takes away from the taking off from the runway and further more you should make it so you have to enter the aircraft this would add more fun ex...

I think runways kind of don't make sense. Foreign military bases shouldn't be in proximity on land. However, maybe a better idea is to have the planes spawn on aircraft carriers. Now that sounds a lot better in my opinion. You also wouldn't have enemy land vehicles attack you as you are trying to take off if you're overseas, they can't reach you.
